I’m not entirely sure it’s possible to roll a 2CV while staying on pavement and not employing some foreign object, short of a crazy off-camber turn at maximum velocity after rolling down a long hill... Even then, it’d still try to save you.

It’s not. Fifth Gear or one of the other UK car shows tried it a few years ago and failed.

Well there you go. I’d forgotten the backwards bit. Though from the sound of the poor little engine just before he spun the wheel, it was about 2 seconds from exploding anyway.
I wonder if you’d manage to roll it if you spun it violently enough. That’s practically impossible in a 2CV, they’re so understeer-biased, although the Dyane in your clip has a pretty good go at it around 0:45. The handbrake’s on the front wheels, so that wouldn’t help with spinning it.
